Align

This plugin takes any selected elements and aligns them to the same vertical position above or below the staff. It works for most element types, including dynamics, fingering, articulations, etc. For elements that are above the staff, they will be aligned with the element that is currently furthest above, and similarly for elements below the staff. It works with either a range or a list selection. If a range is selected, it will ignore the notes and rests and only align the additional markings.

A limitation currently is that lines (including hairpins) can only be aligned via list selection, not range selection.

A bug is that undo can require two steps in some cases.
