Brass fingering

Inserts the fingering for standard 3-valve brass instruments in the note range F# (below-the stave) to C (above the stave). Works best if you enter all the notes first and then run the plugin as currently it does not delete the original marks if you run it for a second time. You can, however, right-click on a fingering mark, select all similar and press Delete and then re-run the plugin.
