Color notes diatonic - names based (Hook Theory, and more)

Plugin colors notes, based on their names.
Diatonic steps are colorized in style of "Hook Theory", chromatich steps are grey.

You can choose:
- tonal (modal) center
- modus
- option to set if base note is bottom note of modus, or like in hooktheory, always base note of major scale
- option to ignore accidentals (C# and Cb are colored like C)
