Fill voices with rests

EDIT: no selection now implies full score selection.

Sometimes it is useful to (pre)fill voices with rests (because voices 2-4 do not contain any segments a priori).
This plugin does just that. By way of demo it fills the selection with 16th rests in voice1, 8th rests in voice2, quarter rests in voice 3 & half note rests in voice 4
Adjust line 60 for the desired voice(s) & line 72 for the desired duration (in a text only editor)
