Halftime for MuseScore 2

I copied the ported https://musescore.org/en/project/doubletimev20 and made it half time. It halves the lengths of the notes in your selection and creates a new score with the result. Unfortunately, like in doubletime, a lot of data like lyrics, beam properties and so on get lost.
