Realign Repeat Dots for Finale Maestro & Broadway Fonts

This plugin re-aligns the repeat dots in repeat barlines, to fix MuseScore's incorrect placement of them when using the Finale Maestro or Broadway music fonts.
This issue will be fixed in MuseScore 4.1, by which the plugin will become obsolete.
