Sync to playback - Select note/rest at current playback position

Run this plugin after pausing playback to quickly navigate to that position in the score. Normally the screen will already be viewing that location, but the start location for the playback will still be selected, so further navigation or note input will be at that position instead of the where playback was paused. Being able to quickly select a note or rest at the playback position without the need to click is an importable accessibility feature for users who are blind, but it is potentially useful for anyone who prefers using the keyboard.

The note or rest selected will be on the same staff as the first note or rest that was selected originally. It will be the first note or rest of the measure where the playback was paused.

To simplify usage, it is recommended to define a shortcut for this plugin. Since Shift+L is currently used for the related accessibility command "Get location" for re-establishing a selection, and "L" by itself is available by default, that would be a natural choice.
