Time Signature Copy Paste
Lets you copy a sequence of changing time signatures and paste them in another place in your score. For Musescore 4.0 to 4.3.x. Plug-ins from 4.4 require revision. It seems to also work in musescore 3.6+.
There is a loop function so the same sequence can be inserted multiple times.
*** due to a bug in musescore, copying sections with modified beats per measure (user modified “actual” time signature) is not recommended. The information will copy but a corrupt score warning will appear. You must click into each corrupt measure and press the DEL key to reset the measure.
The file name will start with timesigCP.
The a9 version can copy across scores because it uses the system copy-paste buffer to hold the information.
You just need to remember to select a sequence, run the plug in, then save then TS sequence.
Then, in another Score, run the plug-in in the second score. Select load. Make sure you select a measure to paste into. Select Paste button.
About 4 extra measures are appended, in addition to the currently inserted measures. Plus a safety time signature for the measure at the insert point.
