Tin Whistle Tablature

This plugin adds tablature (fingering) diagrams to a Tin Whistle staff in a MuseScore score. It will check that the staff is for a Whistle and adjust the tab diagram position for the lowest note possible for Tin Whistles tuned to D (common), C, B♭, F, G and E♭. This plugin will also provide tablature for Low Whistles tuned to D, F and G.

Note that the plugin does not work with MuseScore version 4.4 (latest), this is being worked on and an issue raised in the plugin github repository.

The install instructions for this plugin rely on on the font file being installed :

• Download the tin whistle font file and install (double-click)
• Install the correct plugin for you version of MuseScore:
  • Download for MuseScore 4, up to 4.3.2
  • Download for MuseScore 3.4 and later
  • Download forMuseScore 3.3 and earlier
  • Download for previous versions of MuseScore 2.x
• Ensure that the plugin is moved to the correct folder, and has the correct permissions

MuseScore instrument files for versions 2.x and 3.x, and versions 4.x, can be used to provide tuning for tin whistles F, G, E♭ and also for low whistles.
