please I updated the version 4.3 and my latest files were lost. Can I get them back anyhow?

Your files are not lost, but the list of recent files, which you see when you open Musescore, might have been cleared.

You can open your files from your file manager. If you have forgotten where you saved them, you can use the file search tool in your file manager to find them.
