I would like to export a score to mp3 or wav.
But this is not the real question, i know how to do this.
The real question is: is it possible to export a score with the metronome sound included ?

The workaround is to add for example a woodblock instrument and enter the metronome on it.

Creating the woodblock is extra work indeed, but shouldn't be "a lot" at all.
1.
Edit → Instruments; add woodblock2. Enter 1 full measure
3. Select it and press 'R' for as long as required to fill the entire score. (as long as the time signature doesn't change)
4. Make the instrument invisible in

It is indeed not such a big work to add any kind of percussion as "metronome".
