Transposing

I'm trying to transpose sheet music to a cello format, but I don't know where to start...
Can someone help me out? The sheetmusic is uploaded

Hi, I would start by entering the score as is using the Violin. Once completed, use the "Change Instrument" option in the system/part properties dialog.
