Meermaatsrusten

I'm working with Musescore 4.01
I want to put in normal rests, 7 before and at the end another 32.
The result is a multi-measure rest for both..
How come?

How to handle multi-measure rests (meermaatsrusten)?
How to install them?
How to split them again in normal rests?
How to delete them?
