swing play back

I have switched from musescore 3 to musescore 4. In musescore 4, I can no longer find the Swing option in the text palette. If I convert a Musescore 3 score to a Musescore 4 score, applied Swing system texts in the score are retained and interpreted correctly, but I cannot add new ones or change existing ones.

How do I resolve this?
