Set Whole Bar Rest Unvisible

In large scores whole bar rests are really useless. They make the score much less readable.
So hide them! All of them with one click.
In that topic and many others I am strongly influenced By Tim Davies (timusic.net), so I decided to bring that functionality to MuseScore.

The inversion Plugin is included, too. The plugins ride on a selection or the whole score, if nothing was selected before
