Problem with special characteristics

Hello guys from Musescore how are you doing??

Musescore is an amazing music software!!!

I am using it for a while but after this last update something has changed.

I don't know what happend but every time I try to use special characteristics for write some notes, it does not write it and create another image.

Please help me with this if you can !!

I really need to fix it
