Why does my score on Musescore not play what is written at all?

I can't figure out the reason for this. A few days ago I've done making one of my scores, but when I was listening it in Musescore studio, Sound was normal. But when I was listening to my score on a web-site, it was sounding totally wrong. Really don't know what to do. Please help
