MusicTime 3 files

I don't know if I have to write in english, this is first time I write here sins I installed Musescore 2015

I used a Music Time 3 in many years to compose and write musik. It is from Windows 3 and Windows XP compatible, and don't work Win 7 or Win 10 plattforms. I have lots of files *.MUS produced with Music Time, but I never found a new program or some way to comvert these files to a new kind of program, like this Musescore of other.

Is there someone who are in same trouble as I am? Grateful for all ideas, and sorry for my bad english writing
I want to convert or copy my earlier music from MusicTime (*.MUS) to Musescore
Sorry I can't upload *.MUS-file because fileform isn't common for this forum ..
