How recover text that has moved out of sight?

I have some stave text that has moved out of sight. I think it had lots of X and Y offset, then systems moved around resulting in the text vanishing out of the visible page area. I could just add new stave text, but I'm thinking the invisible text could come back to bite me when doing more work on the score... is there any way of finding/selecting it and repositioning it?
