When placing a tempo marker the tempo marker always follows the set tempo. If "Follow" text is checked it still plays the set tempo in the inspector.
In the piano when left hand crosses over right (this is done with ctrl + shift + up arrow) slurs do not carry over. Instead they do what is shown in the picture. Also there is a glitch when taking pictures if you have a custom background the background messes up the picture.

One bug, one issue please.
Your 2nd one is know though, one of multiple issue with cross staff notation
The 3rd one might be known, not sure.
The cross-staff slur issue is known indeed, see #279182: Cross-staff slurs/ties trying to avoid note on wrong staff. Let's focus on the tempo issue here. Can you attach a sample score and steps to reproduce the problem?

Hm...... It seems to have fixed itself at least in a new file I've created. I'll keep an eye out for it again though and will post again if it comes back.
