Yes, support@musescore.com ends up in my mailbox (only) and in this particular case, it's better to solve it via the forums. The support email is mostly for issues with the website or mobile apps, or for general inquiries. Issues related to the MuseScore notation software are meant to be posted in this forums. Thanks for your cooperation.

What this means: One or more measures are corrupted—for example, a measure's duration is supposed to equal four quarter notes, but somehow it contains the equivalent of fifteen sixteenth notes, and with this much it's full. Don't panic; it's easy to fix.
