Yes, support@musescore.com ends up in my mailbox (only) and in this particular case, it's better to solve it via the forums. The support email is mostly for issues with the website or mobile apps, or for general inquiries. Issues related to the MuseScore notation software are meant to be posted in this forums. Thanks for your cooperation.
Please find proposed solutions at https://musescore.org/en/node/54721 , as indicated in the actual error message which can only be seen by the uploader.
If non of the solutions work out, don't hesitate to reply on this issue.
Edit: This is the error: Measure 19 Staff 5 incomplete. Expected: 4/4; Found: 2/4
Click "Show Details." You will see something like this: "Measure 30 Staff 2 incomplete. Expected: 4/4; Found: 15/16" (If you are attempting to upload a score to MuseScore.com, this message is displayed on the upload page.)
What this means: One or more measures are corrupted—for example, a measure's duration is supposed to equal four quarter notes, but somehow it contains the equivalent of fifteen sixteenth notes, and with this much it's full. Don't panic; it's easy to fix.

@tokout can you attach the mscz file to a comment on this forum post? There is a File Attachments section just below the text area.

OK, I've only seen a blank page (and still do), so assumed an issue with the website

Indeed. Clearly something which needs to be improved.

Attach the score here, and someone may have a look. Images of the score won't help.

Please attach the original file you have on your system. The link won't give us access to it.

Find the fixed score attached. I followed the instructions at https://musescore.org/en/node/54721, more specifically point 5 and 7.

And here's the fixed version for MuseScore 1.x (which doesn't have the checking mechanism, so won't show where the score is broken)
