Using other outputs

(Hey new here, find me in Synthesia at www.synthesiagame.com)

So I have the idea that you can use other MIDI outputs to use in Musescore.
I have a Windows Microsoft GS Wavetable (already on Windows), TiMidity++ (online)
and BASSMIDI (online) as different outputs.
So I might be able to use outputs like those as sounds for the instruments instead of the downloaded one with Musescore.
Or vice versa, use Musescore's MIDI output in other software. (like Synthesia)

Any ideas?
