Transpose function causes misspellings
- Open file attached: "Transpose.mscz"
- Select the second measure
- Notes > Transpose
- Write in -12 semitones and press "OK"
Notice that the notes are misspelled not only in the measure that was selected but the rest of the score also.

Yes, it is serious. Is it because MuseScore doesn't understand note names?
Rev. 1697 has two changes: octave transpositions are handled as special case and will not change pitch spelling or user accidentals. Second the respelling will only be done on the transposed part of the score.
