Note does not sound when adjusting pitch with arrow keys outside of note input mode, if last input mode was real-time

Enter some notes in step-time mode, then switch to real-time (automatic) or real-time (manual) mode, then leave note input mode. Select a note, and move it up or down with the arrow keys.

Expected result (same as usual): note sounds each pitch it's moved to.
Actual result: no sound.

I can verify, with same commit on Windows x86-64 nightly. The only way I can get the sound back working is if I close the score and reopen it (and it doesn't matter what note input I had set when I saved & reloaded the score).
