Can't add breaks to instruments with single staff line
I'm unable to add breaks (line/section/page) or spacers to instruments with a single staff line.
Currently using Nightly version 8917b06, though issues was present in previous versions.
Can get a workaround by adding a multi line instrument, adding the breaks to that & then removing the instrument, but is not desirable.
Another issue noted was that adding frames places them after the last measure regardless of where they are placed. Same workaround applies.
Attached a file with 3 single line instruments for example.

A proper workaround is to select a barline and press Return.
