Whenever I play this score, the flute/oboe/clarinet parts will play fine for a few measures but then start skipping notes. Whenever I remove or mute other parts, the problem is fixed.

It plays ok on my system (Intel NUC i5, Debian 8.11), though the CPUs have to work pretty hard to do it and there is slight choppiness once in a while. Seems to me that notation software playback has always been rather CPU-intensive and that this has always been a problem with large scores, even in the big proprietary software programs.
