"Create New Score" Window will not show
When attempting to create a new score, the window does not appear. It exists, as I cannot do anything in MuseScore unless I press Alt + F4, but I cannot see it. I am using the latest version of MuseScore 3 on Windows 10 using a dual monitor setup (Laptop Screen + Monitor)

Probably it's trying to open on another monitor, then. You can do Help / Revert Factory Settings, or check out the plugin for resetting window positions (click Download / Plugins from this page to get started).
