Win 7/10. MS 3.2.3.

Open the attached score (take the reset, say). Compare the voice 2 grace note slur to the same one in MS 2.3.2.

The usual rule for slurs with multiple voices would be to connect stem ends, so the current layout is considered correct. There are special cases where it can subjectively be considered acceptable to move them in closer, and it's true those rules changed a bit between MuseScore 2 & 3, and maybe there is an opportunity to tweak this further to improve the appearance of this particular special case.
