Title Vertaling in Partituur eigenschappen mist Translation into Score properties is missing
Status active by design

Google translate:
Field names in "Score Properties" not translated into Dutch.

This actually is by design, these are meant to get used as is in scores, translating them would mean that scores won't work when viewd in another language, or that the 'real' names are not visible to the user wanting to use them.

I'm pretty sure this had come up before, either in the issue tracker or the forum, but can't find it right now

Sorry I didn't enter in English. Did enter via the Dutch website I thought. Anyway, I see the design dilemma. If one translates the interface it all has to mapped back to internals. The all usage must be mapped to, witch is a considerable amount of work.
I don't mind to much, so leave it as it is.

P.S. LibreOffice calc does map internals to local names (same as Excel)
