Reproduce:
1. Run MuseScore, open attached score.
2. Play.
3. Look to the staves 1 and 2.

Actual behaviour: chords played with arpeggio.
Expected behaviour: chords played downstroke/upstroke.
The difference in sound is very noticeable.

Possible solution: since we don't support upstroke/downstroke, import them as very fast arpeggio (with 1024th notes?).

Title [Guitar Pro] Downstroke/Upstroke imported as Arpeggio [Guitar Pro] When played, brush strokes sound as arpeggios.
Severity

Changed to more accurate title, don't want this to be confused with a distinct other issue I'm investigating.

upstroke/downstroke is supported now (or at least these type of arpeggios now too follow the arrows' direction, see #65421: straight arpeggio down plays notes in wrong order)

But see also https://musescore.org/en/node/67461, for a similar request, just not restricted to GP Import.

We might add additional properties to arpeggios, like "play" (defaults to on, similar to the recently added playback for trills, glissandi and articulations) and "speed" (defaults to what it is currently using, whatever that is), GP import could set those differently. Maybe even have different defaults for wiggly vs. straight arpeggios.
