Written inside a line !?
With MS 3.6.2 I could not find a way, if not with tricks, to do what you see in the attachment. Also in MS4 (Alfa2) I have not found this possibility; am I wrong?

There is no centered line text yet.
My workaround is to add a line without text, then add a "To Coda" marking and change the text for that and set it to Centered. Then adjust the stacking order for the To Coda and adjust the Y-position to make it overlap. Give it a Rectangle Frame with a white border and white highlight color to have it blot out the line underneath.
