RE: Deleting Lower Notes in a Chord
Is there an easy to keep the highest notes in series of chords and delete the lower notes? For example, if the piano is play multiple chords and I want to use the piano staff as a cue and only need the top note of each chord, is there an easy way to do it instead of deleting it one by one?

You may add an extra staff and try explode.

Thanks, Mr. Fox. Very useful indeed. Appreciate the advice.

Thanks for the advice. I add the plug in and it works. However, seems only "prunes" from the top, and cannot reverse the direction (to keep only the top note).

Perhaps a better alternative for you:

Thanks! This is very very helpful indeed. Exactly what I was looking for as I like to separate notes from a multiple level Div. in a string score.
