My score won't open. It says invalid score.
I saved my score to the cloud, and now it won't open. It says the score is invalid and won't open at all!!! I need to print it RIGHT NOW and it won't even freaking open. Why won't it open??? The score is called Savior, Redeemer of My Soul. Can you help, please?
Thank you

You can get help only if we can analyze the mscz file.
If you do not have a locally stored copy and cannot download it from your online storage, then no help is possible.
If it does not appear, perhaps it does not exist there?

Is it a "cloud" score?
Do you see anything relevant listed in the folders mentioned here:

You may even have to move it out of a "cloud" folder (move or copy to desktop, for example) to get it to open.

Of course this depends on your operating system.
In Windows you can do this in an explorer window. There are settings for folder options to show hidden files and folders.
I can't give you the exact wording because I've a German installation and the names are translated.
Maybe in English like: "Extras (or Tools?) / Folder options / View / show hidden files, folders and drives"
Musescore backup files are starting with a dot and the extension ends with a 'comma'. At least the comma should be removed. Maybe instead of a comma there is a tilde as suffix.
