Position of articulations on small staff doesn't survive a file reload

1. Create a score with a small staff and a normal one
2. Add a note and a fermata in the small staff
3. Move the fermata and save
4. Open the file again

Expected result: the fermata is at the same place
Actual result: the fermata is at its original place
