Header and Footer
How do I ensure that each instrument name is shown on both odd and even pages when each instrument part is exported?
I used the "Header and Footer" style formatting, however, all that happens is that the metadata ($l) is printed to each page instead of the instrument name.

It's difficult (impossible?) to tell what is going on without seeing the score (.mscz file).
But here is one guess. Have you used lower case l - for Lima instead iof upper case I - for India? The latter is the correct one.
