First, 2nd, 3rd, 4th endings

I have a piece that needs a first, second, third ending (1.2.3) in one bar and then a fourth ending in the next bar. But the palette for the “Repeats and Jumps” only has separate first, 2nd and 3rd endings, and they are all “closed” except for the 2nd ending (which is open). Are there another ending bracket somewhere so I can just paste in text with it? Or another way to do what I want? Thanks.

Also, I have some text that requires a bracket (which I found in the “Master Palette F9). But how do you apply it to text? I can’t drag it and if I click on a nearby note I can’t apply it. Thanks.
