[1.0] instruments.xml corrections for viols (w/ patch)
Not sure it can be categorized as a bug, but definitions for viols (or violas da gamba, if you prefer) in instruments.xml is not completely correct.
The attached patch fixes the following:
1) Added the pardessus de viole
2) Removed the alto viol whose existence as a separate instrument is debatable
3) Added the distinction between 6-stringed and 7-stringed bass viol
4) Fixed some wrong pitch ranges
As translations can be tricky (for instance, the pardessus de viole is typically French and the name cannot be translated in other languages), the patch includes the English, German, French and Italian version; I believe this could be a guide for other translations.

Fixed in r3993. The italian version was broken by a mismatched closing tag. The german one is outdated and doesn't match the current instruments.xml format. For next version, we need to find an easier way to translate this file...
