Little composition [WIP]
Hello everybody,
I've just arrived here and I use Musescore to create some sheet music.
This time, that is classical. I don't know the value of that piece, perhaps it is just a shit-music. It's not finished : I compose it on piano then i transcribe it on the sheet music.
What do you think of that ?
P.S. : English isn't my natural language.

Change the key signature to F minor (four flats). And change all G# to Ab. Just drag the four flat key signature to each stave. After that, select everything (ctrl+a), then hit up arrow once, then down arrow once. This way you have changed notes like G# and A# to Ab and Bb. After that, you might still have some wrong accidentals. But now the score shows the tonality right.
The whole harmonic progression of the tune might require that you divide it into parts with differing key signatures. What I described above works at least for the beginning of the composition.
The music is very tonal. You should know tonal theory to get the notes right. Otherwise everything is just wrong. You might be able to compose by ear and play by ear, but putting it down to sheet music for others to play requires knowledge about tonal theory.

Yes, I acknowledge that I completely ignore how to write a sheet music... You commented on the theoretical aspect , but what about the piece itself ?
Thanks for your help, I will modify my sheet music soon
Tonally nice. Time to start making the Violins earn their keep, though. And maybe stretch the Altos a little (or add soprano on top).

Ok, thanks for your advice and for the modifications you did. Violins 1 are quite dissonant, but I understand what you want to do. I will soon post a updated sheet music.
