What do you mean by work properly ? applied in the program? Ritenuto and tremolo are not played in MuseScore but can both be notated.

how do i do a ritenuto except for changing tempo everynote and rest then, and i really want tremolo to play as it should

MuseScore doesn't play tremolo or ritardando. The first goal of MuseScore is to create sheet music to be played by an instrumentist, not by the computer. But if you really really want MuseScore to play these things, you can put your tremolo interpretation in a hidden voices and for the ritardando you can use invisible tempo texts.
Next version of MuseScore will probably play ritardando. If you want to help, see [[nodetitle:Development]]
