Missing Rests in Score

Hello
I copied a Midi file into Muse Score. It displays it correctly but the Instruments on the score, that had not yet "received" any notes, are blocked. The empty mesures are nicely displayed but without rests. On those mesures I can't enter anything. How can I undo this? This way the score is useless.
I' m sure the solution is easy but I can't see it.

Since there is no information in those bars, you could go to Create Instruments ("i" on my PC) and add new stave/Instruments for what you want and delete the corrupted staves.
