Playbacks change sounds for some reason
Okay so a while back I got this new playback file which should be a s2f file. So I changed the file on the synthesizer and then I changed it back to the previous one that was loaded. When I played a song that I wrote, the music sounded as if the program just got a new s2f file for playback. I was like wow this sounds nice. Then when I switch to another song or when I close the program and re-open it. The sound gets from like a 10/10 to a 5/10. the sound gets crapper. It dosnet sound like was like 20 secs. ago. How can I fix this. how can I get the better sound?

What? I can't understand this. You need to be more specific.
Please read this: http://musescore.org/en/developers-handbook/how-write-good-bug-report-s… and then add the information requested.
Am I right in thinking that you changed the Soundfont?
And then changed it back again?
Please will you post a screenshot of your Synthesiser window.
Also give details of the second Soundfont, and where to find it.
And also attach the two different MuseScore files concerned.
We may then be able to help you.

According to the screenshot you still have the Drumline expansion Soundfont installed.
To reinstall the original TimGM6mb Sound font click on the icon to the right of where it tells you which Soundfont is loaded, and you should get a dialogue which shows you which SoundFonts are in the SoundFont directory.
Just click on the TimGM6mb.sf2 file and it will reload it.
Now whether this has any bearing on the quality of your sound or not is debatable. It could be something else which is causing problems. It is, however a good starting point to start trouble-shooting your problem.
Change the Soundfont back to the default and let us know what happens.
If your computer hardware is up to it, it might be beneficial to install a bigger and better Soundfont like the Fluid R3.
There are some SoundFont suggestions here:-
