Playback Voices and/or Staves

Is it possible to playback an individual staff or just one voice ?
Why: I am trying to set up SATB practice tracks and converting them to mp3. I could have 12 different files for one composition (if it splits that much, which, some do) and then a combined piece to hear everything at once but if there's a way to have just one file and pick the lines I want for playback it would be more efficient.
