Notes sound different than the score

Hi all. I made a a score that has a d sharp and c sharp occurring twice in the score. Yet, the second time around, the d sharp sounds like an f sharp and the c sharp sounds like an f natural. How can I fix this? What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.
