Can't make a single tuplet across bass and treble clef

Can you give me some info in how to make this tuplets like in this example? Because I've search in all internet and found nothing.

Thank you but the information is not enough... I've tried ctrl+shift+down_arrow and it just doesnt move from treble cleff and when it moves it goes down to the low notes of the treble cleff without transposing the bass. I dont know what am I doing wrong.

Have you used a grand staff? Cross staff does not work with unlinked staves.

Sorry, that is misleading. Linked staffs are a different thing.
What i should gave said is that cross staff notation only works for single instruments that have two staffs - like a piano, rather than two instruments, each with a single staff.

That really makes sense. I'm gona try and check if that's the problem, thank you.
Enter the easy notes.
Click on the half-measure rest in the bass stave and enter the tuplet: Add >Tuplets >Other (11:8).
Select the ones to move to the treble stave and [Ctrl][Shift]UpArrow.
Move the 11 to where you want it.
Make the rest in the treble stave invisible.
