Transposition lead to odd enharmonic notes

Since today I noticed that transposition in the app on iOs leads to odd enharmonic notation, such as G flat instead of F sharp (even with F sharp in the key signature) or C flat instead of natural B or F flat instead of E.

I attach an example from a pop tune, original and with transposition one semitone down leading to the problem.
