Palettes Menu
Not for love nor money can I get the Palettes Menu to work.
1. In spite of what the Handbook ways, there is no way to get Single Palette mode.
2. There appears to be no way to add a palette to the workspace.
3. Also, the command to unhide a palette is so well hidden that I can't find it.
