My sound is broken

I was making my own instrumentation when I noticed that the sounds were all non-expressive. So I went to the synthesiser and under Dynamics > Switch all sounds I clicked 'To Expressive' then the sound of one of the instruments was vibrato. I went to another score and the harp was also vibrato. Then later there was no sound at all. I tried restarting audio and MIDI devices, closing and reopening the score, closing and reopening the whole program, updating to the latest version of Musescore and restarting my computer but nothing worked

Also if I go to synthesiser, the volume bar on the right seems to work but I don't hear any sound. Someone please help me
