Upload will not complete

Last week I listened to a classical guitar piece on YouTube played by Edson Lopes, who is one of the greats. It was an arrangement of a religious song called "I Will Come and Bow Down," by Martin J. Nystrom. A beautiful piece that Lopes offered for free on his website, so I downloaded it. It was written in the key of D, and had so many barres that I had lots of trouble playing it. So...I wrote my own arrangement in the key of C and thought I would share it. When I tried to upload the mscz, it took a bit of time, and finally, it said 100% processed. But the score did not show up in the box next to the message, almost as if it wasn't really complete. And after filling out all the fields, I was never able to click on the publish button. I don't know if it just had problems processing it or maybe it was something else.

I'm wondering if it had something to do with copyrights. I don't know if it is an infringement to upload it, and I don't know what category to pick. Can anyone help me in filling out the fields? Maybe Edson Lopes got the author's permission? There are lots of YouTube renditions of people singing it, and lots of people selling renditions of it online. If you just Google "I Will Come and Bow Down sheet music" you will see a list of lots of people selling it.

Anyway, if you have any ideas on what I should do, I would greatly appreciate it. (I am going to try to attach it as a file below and see what happens.
