Will hidden elements and yellow/red notes be visible when its uploaded?
So I was thinking of uploading something on musecore in the future, but I realized there are hidden elements and yellow notes on the thing I'm doing. So will these things appear when I upload it on musecore?

They won't show up in the online version.
It's free to try it out ;-)
But the website makes use of the SVG-export to render the scores; so you can always perform a local File > Export to SVG if you're unsure about something.
